Dinner Out

On Connie's last night in own she took us out to a nice dinner. Tina and Rezyn came with us and we all had a great time. We went to Iron Chef. It is a Japanese steak house where they cook everything in front of you. it was a lot of fun and the food was great. Riley got scarred a few times with the fire and loud noises. check out the cute pics.

Grandma Connie

We had so much fun while Dan's mom was here. Riley sure loves his grandma Connie. They had so much fun together . Check out the cute pictures of Connie and the boys. Thanks again for everything mom, we had a great time.

Feed Me

Riley is starting to grab at everything. He loves to watch us eat and drink. It is getting hard to eat because he grabs everything. Check out the cute pics of him grabbing Dan's plate. I think he really wanted some.

Riley Loves Elmo

Riley got Elmo live from his grandma and grandpa. Elmo dances, sings, tells jokes and stories. Riley loves it. He just looks at Elmo and smiles. We have a lot of fun hearing what Elmo has to say and he even laugh at most things. It is a lot of fun for all of us.

New floors, new room

My husband is the best. he was on vacation and he put brand new hard wood floors in our house. Our family room was in great need of a makeover. so we painted, got new floors and new trim. To make the room complete we got a new couch. We absolutely love our new room. Check out the old and new photos. Dan did such a great job.

Riley is Five months old

Wow, where has the time gone. It seems like yesterday he was born and now he is a big boy. Riley is 5 months old today and he is getting so big. He rolls all over the place. we put him down on one side of the room and the next minute he is on the other side. He has also started to move his legs when he is on his belly. He wants and tries to crawl so hard. His legs will move like crazy and he gets so frustrated that he can't move forward. . We are also working on sitting up. He is doing well but falls forward still. I can't believe how flexible he is. He is now eating solid food. So far he has had rice cereal, bananas, applesauce and squash, he has liked all of them so far and next is a green veggie, He has been teething so he has been a little fussy. He loves to chew and everything goes right into his mouth. Today he is not himself at all, he is sick and the only place he is happy(well not crying) is in mommy's arms. This has been very hard. I feel so sorry for my little boy. I hope he will be feeling better soon. Check out the cute pics of him today, This was about the only happy part of the day.

Riley loves to read

Riley loves to look at books and read stories. He can turn the pages all by himself, most of the time he turns them before I am done reading. He loves to look at the pictures. we got him some soft books and he loves them, He even tries to eat them.

Riley meets his Grandma Connie

Dan's mom Connie flew in from Virginia to visit and meet her new grandchildren. She has never seen Riley and was so excited to see him. Dan's sister Tina just had her little boy, so Connie got to meet both her grandsons for the first time. She was so excited to meet both of them. It was so cute because she was going back and forth holding them with a big smile on her face. Riley had a lot of fun with her and loves his grandma. check out the cute pictures of Riley and his grandma. Connie will be staying for 2 weeks and we are so excited she is here.

A new Cousin for Riley

Dan's sister Tina and her husband Eric welcomed their son Rezyn Wesley Moore on Monday 1/12/09 at 1:58 AM. We weighed 8 lbs 14 oz and was 20 in long. He is a cute little boy and we are so happy he is here. Mom, dad and baby are all doing well. Check out the cute pictures of Riley meeting his new cousin.

Playing with Duke

Riley loves to look and talk to Daisy and Duke. And Daisy and Duke love Riley just as much, especially Duke. Duke is always wanting to play or kiss Riley. Here is a cute picture of Riley and Duke.

Well child Check

Today was Riley's 4 month well child check up and class. Riley is doing so good. He is reaching or ahead for his age in reaching his milestones. He now weights 14 pounds and 6 onces and he is 25in long. I can't believe it. He has grown so much and has already doubled his birth weight. Everything with his bladder ad kidney is good, he will have another ultrasound sometime in May. Over all he is a healthy baby boy and we are so happy. If only we can get him to sleep better he would be the perfect baby. We will keep working on the sleep. Riley had to get more shots today and he did not like them at all. He screamed but only for a minute. He was also pretty fussy for the babysitter and his dad. I had to work and felt so bad for leaving him when he didn't feel good. When I got home from work I gave him lots of love.

Riley's favorite cup

Riley loves to stare at Dan's cup. It is a cup that you put into the freezer and it keeps your drink really cold. Usually Riley just stares at it but today he grabbed for it and started to suck on it. It was so cute, he did not want to stop, Dan would take it away from him but he would just pull it back to his mouth, I think he likes the cold on his gums. Dan says he likes it because it is a bears cup. What ever, all I know is that he loves it. Check out the cute pictures and see for yourself.

Playing with my cousin

Riley and I went over to visit Sean and Liam today. Riley and Liam had a lot of fun. Riley is getting older now so it is more fun when the boys are together, There were a few times when Liam scarred Riley but for the most of the time they had a lot of fun. At one point Liam tried to put Riley's binky back in, it was so cute. Check out the cute pictures.

Another new experience

Riley has another new thing in his life. He is now eating cereal and today we got his new Highchair. He loves to sit in his chair and look around. We now can all eat dinner together as a family. Riley loves to sit and watch us eat. He is still trying to figure out the spoon and cereal thing but he is doing good.

Monkey Boy

I call Riley my little monkey so when I saw this hat I just had to get it for him. He is so cute
