The many faces of Riley

Riley is so funny, he makes all kinds of faces all the time. Some faces are happy, some sad and some mad. I love all of his faces. Check out a few of them for yourself.

Swimming

Riley and I went swimming with my friend Shannan and her daughter Sydney. It was Riley's first time in a swimming pool so I didn't know how he would like it. Like it does not describe what Riley did at the pool. Riley LOVED it. He was a little fish. He kicked his legs and was moving his arms to swim. He floated on his back and even liked being dunked under the water. We had so much fun and Riley did not cry once. He is my water baby. I can't wait to take him again. Check out the cute pictures.

Riley's first word

Dan got his birthday present one day late. It was the best present he could ask for, It was Riley's first word. I bet you can guess what it was. His first word is Dada. He said it clear as day and Dan's face was priceless. He had the biggest smile on his face and was so happy. Then Riley kept saying it, over and over, Dan couldn't stop smiling. We got in on video and it is a day we will never forget.

Happy Birthday Daddy

Today is Dan's 28th Birthday. After Dan got off work we went out for a birthday dinner. Since my brother Travis B day is the 24th, him and Marie came with us. We went to Dan's favorite place, Famous Daves. We all had a good time and the food was great.

Fun with Aunt leslie

We spent the day with Leslie and Liam and Riley and I had fun taking pictures with Leslie. We were laughing so hard at one point. See for yourself.

Fun on the big boy swing

We had another really nice day, so Riley and I went to the park with Leslie and Liam. Riley went on the swing and he loved it. It was the cutest thing when he got in the swing and started to kick his legs. We had so much fun. Check out the cute pics.

A walk in the Park

It was the first sunny day in a long time and both Dan and I were off work so we decided to take the kids ( Riley, Daisy and Duke) on a walk in the park, Riley got to sit up in his stroller like a big boy and he loved watching the dogs and everything around him. We all had a good time and enjoyed the fresh air. Riley was sound asleep by the end of the walk.

Messy Boy

Riley loves to eat everything. He gets excited when we put him in his high chair because he knows it is time to eat. He opens his mouth really big and says "mmmm" He is a very messy eater as you can see in the pictures.

Hanging with my cousin

We went out to visit baby Rezyn and we had so much fun. Baby Rezyn is getting so big now. check out the cute pictures of the boys.

A new toy

While we were at my sisters house I put Riley in Liam's bouncy chair and Riley absolutely loved it. he was bouncing on his tiptoes because that is what could reach the ground. As soon as he started jumping he had a huge smile on his face. Check out the cute pics and video.

Play date with Liam

Both Dan and Sean had to work on Valentines day, so Riley and I went over to Leslie's house and had a play date. Mom and Dad stopped by for a while and played with the boys. We had a lot of fun. Riley and Liam are now starting to play. It is so cute. Check out the pics of the boys.

My little Valentine.

Today is Riley's first Valentines Day and I dressed him up so cute. He had on little red pants and a shirt that said I love you. His bib said 1st Valentines day. Dan had to work so Riley was my Valentine. When Dan got home we had a nice dinner and all hung out as a family. I love my little Valentine.

Kisses for mommy

Riley and I get to play every morning before I go to work. we have so much fun together. Riley loves to get kisses and I love to give him kisses. I think I kiss him at least 50 times a day. Riley has started to kiss back. It is so cute. He will grab my face with both hands and give me a big open mouth kiss. I love it. Check out the cute pics I got. At one point he is pulling away. I think he had enough.

Sippy Cup

Riley held and and drank some apple juice out of a sippy cup today. He is not 100% sure what to do with the cup but I think he did pretty good.

Big boy doing new things

Riley is starting to sit up all by himself. He can sit for a few seconds all by himself and he loves it. Sometimes he bends all the way forward and I wish that I was as flexible as him. each day he can sit longer and longer without falling. He is also rolling all over the place and trying so hard to crawl. he moves his legs like crazy and has his arms in the place. He is trying so hard and I don't think it will be much longer before he just takes off. He wants to crawl so badly and gets upset when he can't move. Check out the cute video and pics. A new bath experience

We had a blow up duck tub that a friend gave us and so we decided to try it out Riley loved sitting up and playing in the water. It was so cute. We also got him some water toys and he loved sucking on them. check out the cute pic and video. He is so cute and he loves the water so much.

Play date with Jaiden and Devin

We went over to Matt and Danielle's for a play date and dinner. Jaiden is getting so big. He is 2 months younger than Riley but they are almost the same size. We had a lot of fun. Check out the cute pics.
